Launch and add-ons

A one-time launch, then extras priced up front

Launch

$2,500 to $10,000, one time, for every new customer. Apoorva sets up your stages, fields, critical dates, naming format and connections with your team, brings in your past deals, and you review a working version with your own deals before go-live. We quote a fixed price before you subscribe, based on how many past deals you bring in, how complex your deals are, and any customizations. The Solo and 3-person Startup Team packages launch themselves at no cost.

Extra AI documents

$20 per 100 documents, for the month you buy them. When a team reaches its monthly allowance, an admin can buy a pack or add full users. Nothing is charged automatically.

Custom connectors and data warehouse

Quoted per project. Apoorva builds connectors to the market data providers your team uses, in any country, and can point provider connections at your own data warehouse.

Same price everywhere

A team in Lisbon pays what a team in Austin pays

DealQube has one public price list, in US dollars, for every country. There are no regional price lists, no hidden quotes and no sales call needed to buy.

Payments are processed by BillWare, Apoorva Corporation's own billing platform. Pay by credit or debit card from anywhere, and your card issuer converts the charge into your currency; teams with a US bank account can also pay by ACH bank debit. Taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax are added at checkout where the law requires, and businesses can enter a tax ID so invoices show it. Annual subscriptions can also pay by invoice on request.

Pricing questions

Who should be an admin, a full user or a reviewer?

Make the one or two people who own settings, users and billing admins; they cost the same as full users, and you need at least one. Make anyone else who brings deals in or changes deal figures a full user, usually analysts, associates and acquisition leads. Make anyone who mainly reads, comments, updates dates or approves a reviewer, usually executives, investment committee members, legal and finance. You can change a person's user type at any time.

Is the investor portal really free?

Yes. Every subscription includes unlimited investor portal users at no cost. Investors sign in with their email address, see only the deals and documents your team shares with them, and never see your pipeline, internal notes or unshared deals. Share only what your confidentiality agreements with brokers and sellers allow.

Is there a lower price for startups and small teams?

Yes, two packages, each on one annual invoice. 1-person Solo: one Admin user for $1,980 for your first year, 25% off the standard $2,640. 3-person Startup Team: 3 Admin or Full users for $3,960 for your first year, 50% off the standard $7,920. Both include every feature, unlimited free investor portal users and a self-guided launch at no cost. From the second year, or as soon as you add a paid user beyond the package, standard per-user prices apply.

What does the launch cost, and what is included?

Every new customer starts with a one-time launch, from $2,500 to $10,000. It covers setting up your stages, fields, critical dates, naming format and connections, bringing in your past deals, and a review of a working version with your own deals before go-live. We quote a fixed price before you subscribe, based on how many past deals you bring in, how complex your deals are, and any customizations you need.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up with your Microsoft 365 account and you get 14 days of every feature, with sample deals already loaded. Invite full users, reviewers and investors to try it with you. No card is needed. Subscribe any time during the trial to keep your deals and settings.

Is the price the same in every country?

Yes. DealQube has one price list in US dollars for every country. Only taxes differ, because they are set by local law.

Which currency will we be charged in?

Charges are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the charge at its rate. Inside DealQube, your deals can be in any currency.

Who processes our payments, and how can we pay?

BillWare, Apoorva Corporation's billing platform, handles DealQube subscriptions, invoices and payments. You can pay by credit or debit card from any country, or by ACH bank debit from a US bank account. Annual subscriptions can also pay by invoice on request. Card details are entered on BillWare's secure payment page and are never stored on DealQube.

Are taxes included?

No. VAT, GST or sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, and shown on your invoice. Businesses can add their tax ID at checkout.

What counts as an AI-read document?

Each email or file that DealQube reads to extract deal data counts as one document. A broker email with a memorandum attached counts as two. Tagging an email to a deal from Outlook, uploading files only to store them, and viewing deals do not count. Your company's monthly allowance is 100 × the number of admins and full users, shared across the whole company. For example, 8 admins and full users give your company 800 documents a month, and any one person can use as many of them as they need. The allowance resets each month.

What if one person reads more than 100 documents in a month?

That is fine. The 100 documents are not a per-person limit. They add to one allowance for your whole company, so a busy analyst can read 300 documents in a month while others read fewer. If the company as a whole uses its allowance, an admin can buy extra documents at $20 per 100 for that month, or add full users. Nothing is charged automatically.

When are we charged? Is billing prepaid or in arrears?

Prepaid. DealQube is always billed in advance, never in arrears. On annual billing, the full year (users × monthly rate × 12, for each user type) is charged when you subscribe and again on each renewal date. On monthly billing, each month is charged at its start. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and we email a reminder before each annual renewal.

Can we add users or change user types later?

Yes, from your account settings. Users you add, and changes to a higher-priced user type, are charged right away for the rest of the current prepaid period, prorated to the day. Removing paid users, or changes to a lower-priced user type, take effect from your next renewal date. Investor portal users can be added or removed at any time, free.

Can we cancel?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the month already paid. Annual subscriptions are prepaid and run to the end of the paid year. Prepaid fees are not refunded for the rest of a term, except where the law requires. You can export your deals, notes and files whenever you like, including after you cancel, for the period set out in the subscription agreement.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

Your admins, full users and reviewers do. DealQube uses Microsoft 365 for their sign-in and for Outlook and SharePoint. Investor portal users do not; they sign in with their email address. If your team uses Google Workspace, contact us to talk through options.

Are market data subscriptions included?

No. DealQube connects to the providers you already subscribe to, using your own credentials, so you keep your existing agreements and pricing with them.

How do we get started?

You can start a free trial and forward your first deal on the day you sign up. When you subscribe, Apoorva runs your launch with you, so your settings, connections and past deals are in place before your team goes live.

Which terms apply to our subscription?

The DealQube subscription agreement, which you accept at sign-up, covers your use of the software, billing and your data. Teams that need a signed agreement can ask for one.
